At Isha Kitchens, customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. However, due to the nature of our products, we currently offer returns and refunds only under limited conditions. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with the order.

• To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The original invoice and tags/labels must be included.

  • The product must not show any signs of damage, misuse, or tampering.

 

 

Return Request Timeline

 

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Any requests raised beyond this period will not be eligible.

 

 

Return Process

 

1. Contact our customer support team via [phone/email] with your order details, invoice, and reason for return.

2. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Once approved, the product must be sent back to our warehouse in Raipur in its original packaging.

4. After inspection of the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

• Approved refund amounts will be credited directly to your Isha Kitchens Wallet.

• Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on our website.

• Refunds are not transferred back to bank accounts or original payment methods.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

• Products without original tags/invoice.

• Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Orders placed outside Raipur (since we currently service only Raipur).

 

 

Exceptions & Rights

 

• Isha Kitchens reserves the right to reject a return request if the product fails to meet the eligibility criteria.

• In case of disputes, the decision of Isha Kitchens will be final.
